The quirky little 2CV, aka the' umbrella on wheels', has been cheering up the world since 1948. It was being made right up until 1990 when the 3, 872, 583^rd rolled off the production line.  Great to look at and fun to drive, one of the challenges was to create a suspension system that could 'carry a basket of eggs with no breakages'.  Whilst its unconventional looks attracted the attention of non-conformists wishing to distance themselves from mainstream consumerism, it was driven by none other than 007 himself (Roger Moore, For Your Eyes Only 1981).  Our T pays homage to this unmistakeably Gallic eccentricity.  Infinitely more heart-warming than today's jelly moulds, for us the 2CV is right up there in the automotive design hall of fame.
