Ah, England – the land of hope and glory! A stirring anthem that was a collaboration between Edward Elgar (music) and AC Benson (words) in 1902. In some quarters, okay in football, there has been far more hope than glory. But we won the Six Nations didn't we? And we're good for a flutter in this year's Rugby World Cup!
